Our Proactive Prevention and Education Program serve the client/consumer who is experiencing an array of problems. This individual or family may benefit from social skills development counseling and case management support services.
One main goal of our proactive prevention and education services is to reduce the symptoms of the problems, so that hospitalization is the least option for the client/consumer. Another goal is to identify the cause or triggers to the issues of concern, develop strategies that will empower the consumer to develop, to increase or enhance, and finally to use their decision-making and self-reliant skills.
